Lookout notice for teenage boys


KAYAMKULAM: Police issued look out notice against two teenage boys, for their alleged involvement in attacking against another teenager, acting as 'moral police'. According to Kayamkulam DySP, the police issued lookout notices in the airports against the two youths, identified as Yashik and Faisal, both hailing in the area, in view of the reports that they that they were trying to flee the country to Gulf countries.


The incident took place on May 18, as the two youths allegedly manhandled the youth, identified as Bijith Vincent, alleging that he made certain comments against one of the boy's girlfriend. The incident came to light, when the friend of the two accused in the case, took all the incidents of attacking severely by the two youths to show the video clipping to the girl, police said. However, the video clipping leaked out and reached the hands of visual media, which forced the police register a cast against it, the sources added. The boy was admitted at a private hospital, the sources added. The police registered a cast under various sections, including attempt of murder, the sources added.
