Police to take Mohanlal’s statement over tusk case

Tuesday, June 12, 2012: The police is all set to question superstar Mohanlal within two weeks in connection with his possession of a pair of tusks, which was revealed in an Income Tax raid held in last June.
Thrikkakara assistant commissioner Bijo Alexander said that the police team would collect statement from the actor after an RTI activists’ forum lodged a complaint with the state director general of police seeking an inquiry into the incident.
It was alleged that Mohanalal was in possession of the tusks, violating rules. Police have already collected statements from the representatives of the forum.
It was in July 2011, that IT sleuths conducted raids at the many residences of the actor, following reports that he had amassed wealth disproportionate to his known sources of income.

In India the law and orders are meant for middle class people, those who are upper class and lower class never bother the law. Some officials make some money out of these Drama.. we middle class are stupids to read all these news. Where is the 2G case now, what happened to bofors case, what happened to SNC lavlin case, what happened to Sister Abhaya case etc.. , why KASAB is held for years and years by spending crore for him ? etc These were just stories in the New papers now.. INDIA is ruled not by the elected prime minister and we are forced to believe that there are people above him to send orders to him.
