Two IPS officers of Kerala cadre resign

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Two IPS officers of Kerala cadre--identified as Rajan Singh and Vinod Thomas resigned here Tuesday. The two resigned when the government was about to take action against them for taking leave without permission.
