NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court Monday ordered to reinstate Sebastian K Antony, a Malayalam lecturer suspended from St Albert’s College in Ernakulam. He was suspended from the college in 2008 following problems with the college management.
The court directed the Varappuzha diocese to permit the lecturer to take voluntary retirement the day he is taken back into service.
