THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Railways has started a helpline to help passengers register their complaints. The number is 138. The complaints regarding coach position, cleanliness of stations, food facility and medical aid can be made in this number.
The decision is along the lines of the announcements made in the Railway budget. Soon after the Railway minister’s announcement in Parliament, the helpline was established in the Commercial wing of the Thiruvananthapuram division.
