Retd KSEB employee found dead

POOVAR: A KSEB retired Overseer was found dead inside his house on Saturday morning. His head had sustained an injury and large amount of blood was found to have  oozed out of the body.

The dead has been identified as Ouseph (62) from Karikulam, Poovar. Only Ouseph and his wife Maria Das were staying at his house. At about five in the morning, Maria Das found her husband lying dead in a pool of blood.

The body was in the drawing room of the house. The police suspect that he, who was drinking alcohol sitting on a chair, might have fallen down and injured his head. However, police also probing the mysterious circumstances of the death. Shibu and Sofi are his wards.
