THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: SNDP General Secretary Vellapally Natesan has said that the yogam has been facing criticism from several quarters for some time now and the present attack against him is part of that. He was speaking after inaugurating the SNDP yogam Kamaleswaram branch’s family get-together and Gurubhavan’s construction activities.
“Opposition leader VS Achuthanandan is criticising me since he is not getting other prey at the moment. VS was just reading a speech written by upper-class people. Also, CPM State Secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan doesn’t have the right to enquire the affairs of SNDP,” Natesan shot back in reply to criticisms hurled at him.
“It was BJP State leadership that had arranged my meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. But, there was no need for its State president Muraleedharan to have accompanied me to Delhi,” he added.
