Monday, June 27, 2011: Chief Minister Oommen Chandy today told the Assembly that four ministers in his cabinet had pending vigilance cases against them. In a written reply, he said vigilance cases were pending against Food and Civil Supplies Minister TM Jacob, Health Minister Adoor Prakash, Cooperation Minister CN Balakrishanan and Education Minister PK Abdu Rabb.
Nine cases were pending against IUML leader MK Muneer and two cases were pending against Jacob, he said. Prakash and Balakrishnan had one vigilance case each, he added.
