AIYF to organise march to govt offices on Jul 29

Kochi, Jul 25 : The All India Youth Federation (AIYF) would organise a march to the government offices in the state demanding various issues including giving up of the proposed move to enhance the pension age of employees in government service and anti-people policies of the Congress-led UDF government.
Informing this at a news conference here today, AIYF state President G Krishnaprasad said the AIYF activists would organise march at around 600 selected government offices in the state, in which thousands of AIYF activists would take part.

The demands include moving back from imposing surcharge to electricity charges, immediate appointment from PSC rank list and stopping education trade, he added.
Stating that Kerala Finance Minister K M Mani’s statement that if it could be possible to arrive at a consensus consence, the pension age could be enhanced, he said the AIYF would oppose the move as it was a challenge to the unemployed educated youth.
