License should be given only to standard bars, says Mani

KOTTAYAM:  Only the license of standard bars in the state need to be renewed, said Kerala Congress (M) chairman and Finance Minister K M Mani.

This is the stand taken by the Kerala Congress and it is not practical to ban liquor at a stretch. It should be banned in phases, he said.
