KOTTAYAM: The revelation of former investigating official on the Marad riots is serious, said Chief Minister Oommen Chandy. The chief minister directed the official to hand over the documents to the investigating commission. My office had not intervened in the case, he said.
Former investigating official C M Pradeep Kumar had alleged that Chandy had sabotaged the investigation of the Marad case for a leader of the Youth Congress.
