THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Congress A and I Groups have joined hands to protect the corrupt and to do corruption, said opposition leader V S Achuthanandan. Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala are competing to protect the corrupt, said VS in a statement.
The public are watching the races of the chief minister and the home minister to protect the corrupt. The people will give a reply in the coming elections. Chennithala had stated that the corrupt will not get any group protection. Chennithala who supported corruption and the corrupt of the consumerfed and the Cashew Corporation till the last minute is now delivering an anti-corruption speech.
Chennithala should have welcomed the demand for a CBI probe, he said.
