THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: In a relief to dog lovers, Minister M K Muneer has said that it is not the policy of the government to kill each and every street dog.
“The government will give utmost emphasis to spaying of dogs. The project in this connection will be implemented in all panchayats. Fund allocation for the purpose will be blocked in panchayts that do not come forward to implement the ABC programme,” he said.
