KARIPUR: Four persons suspected to have links with the ISIS, a terrorist organization of Syria and Iraq, have been taken into custody from Thiruvananthapuram and Karipur Airports.
Two youths were taken into custody when they landed at the Thiruvananthapuram airport on an Etihad Flight Tuesday early morning. The two have been identified as Anaz and Aaromal, natives of Kilimanoor and Adoor. Reports said they have been deported from Abudhabi after cancelling their visas.
Two persons have been taken into custody from Karipur Airport. They are natives of Kozhikode. The officials of the state special branch and Raw are questioning them. They were deported after cancelling their visa following ISIS link.
