THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: In the wake of the serious allegations levelled by Biju Radhakrishnan, accused in the solar case, Chief Minister Oommen Chandy should step down soon, said CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan. He should pave way for the judicial commission to function independently, he said.
Kodiyeri said the chief minister has not been able to give credible explanation on the allegations. The proofs possessed by Biju Radhakrishnan should be confiscated. A probe should be conducted based on the evidences. Protests would continue in the solar case. The agitational programmes would be drafted by the LDF, he said.
