THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A flash raid was conducted by the vigilance in government offices of the state. The raid was conducted under the name ‘Operation Kichadi’ and as per the directive of vigilance ADGP Shankar Reddy. The raid was conducted following complaints against government offices.
A complaint was lodged recently regarding the delay in disbursing the welfare fund. The main complaint was that the officials were not willing to distribute the fund even after the government sanctioned the arrears of it. The attitude of the employees towards people reaching offices were also criticized. Taking into account all these, the vigilance decided to conduct the raid.
