THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: KPCC chief V M Sudheeran Thursday turned against the action of the Kerala High Court granting bail to SNDP Yogam general secretary Vellappally Natesan in a case related to his alleged inflammatory speech. The court’s statement had crossed the limits, he said.
Sudheeran said the court considered the bail plea without examining the case diary. The statement made while granting bail was wrong and at the inopportune time. The court assessed the case considering the plea of the accused, he said.
