Country will reject people who sow seeds of hatred in secular minds: CM

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has said the country will reject people who sow the seeds of enmity in secular minds.

“BJP State president Kummanam Rajasekharan making statements, oblivious of the secular history and tradition of Kerala is highly reprehensible. Kummanam is making statements so as to divide the people,” the chief minister was reacting to the alleged statement of Kummanam that evacuation of non-Hindu vendors near temples could be decided by respective temple committees.

CPM leader Pinarayi Vijayan had also come out to criticise Kummanam over his alleged statement. Meanwhile, Kummanam has refuted the allegation that he had made the controversial statement regarding vendors.
