THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has cancelled his scheduled programmes in Thrissur. The explanation given by the office of the chief minister is that it was cancelled citing his busy schedule on budget discussions.
Meantime, it is hinted that the decision was taken following the protests to be staged by the parties including the CPM in the solar case.
