SSLC exam question paper leaked

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: One of the SSLC exam question papers has been leaked. It is the software of IT examination that began on Tuesday that was copied illegally and leaked . The leaked paper was obtained by students of Payyannur aided higher secondary school of Kannur district.

Opposition leader V S Achuthanandan has asked the government to cancel the question paper and prepare a new one.
It is believed that those in charge of the examination themselves had leaked the software containing the questions, while they were being prepared. The software was copied onto the pen drives after logging in with students’ register numbers.

The culprits had made available to the students the screen shots of the questions in pen drive and data card even days before the examination. Since there were different sets of questions, the question papers were copied as a whole using the register number of 9 students.

It has been found that questions have been copied by entering the software using nine register numbers. The leaking came to light when the same screen shots reached the hands of students in another school. There are reports of question paper leaks from other schools in the state, as well.
