NEW DELHI: The CPM dismissed SNDP Yogam general secretary Vellappally Natesan’s allegation that he held secret talks with the LDF in connection with the assembly polls. CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan asked Vellappally to name the leader with whom he held discussions.
Kodiyeri said there is no situation to hold talks with him. No secret meetings were held with anyone. Vellappally’s is an opportunistic stand, he said.
Opposition leader V S Achuthanandan said that he will respond after the name of the leader who held talks with Vellappally is revealed.
