Shifting Jayarajan unexpectedly to capital city suspicious, says Pinarayi

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The government’s action to shift CPM Kannur district secretary P Jayarajan unexpectedly to Thiruvananthapuram without considering his health condition is suspicious, said CPM politburo member Pinarayi Vijayan. He posted in the Facebook that the ambulance carrying the leader meeting with an accident causes severe anxiety.

Pinarayi said Jayarajan is not in a serious condition. The decision to shift him to the capital city was taken as he needed better treatment but it should not be taken in haste. However, why was he shifted midnight without enough security and also without permitting him to sleep? Jayarajan is under treatment from 1999 onwards. The CBI’s rush to get him in custody and shifting him midnight is found to be suspicious.
