THALASSERY: Thalassery Sessions court will, on Wednesday, pronounce the verdict on CBI’s application seeking the custody of CPM State committee member P Jayarajan, who is in remand. It was decided to give the verdict as the arguments from both parties in the case got over. Jayarajan’s counsel informed that there is threat to Jayarajan’s life.
In between that, Jayarajan’s doctor Ashraf appeared at Thalassery camp office of the CBI as he was summoned by the agency. He informed the CBI that he had been treating Jayarajan since 2014. The doctor also handed over documents related to the treatment to the CBI.
