KOTTAYAM: Why didn’t the government move the court against the high court verdict if the decision taken in self-financing medical admissions is right, asked former chief minister Oommen Chandy. The government has taken steps helping the management in self-financing issue, blamed Chandy while inaugurating the collectorate dharna staged all over the state against the anti-people stance of the central and state governments.
The people is fed up with the price rise. Even after assuming power fighting against inflation, they did not take any steps to curb it. The education minister is still not aware that even after Onam exams have started, text books have not been distributed.
This is the first agitational programme after Mani Group left UDF. However it was noticed with the participation of the public. UDF leaders had specially taken care to make the programme a grand success by involving small allied parties, he said.
