Former acting chief justice G Rajashekaran dies

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: G Rajashekaran, former acting chief justice of the Kerala High Court, died here last night. He was 80. He died at his house in Manacaud in the capital city. He, who started his career as a munsif in 1969, was the first Keralite to become the acting chief justice of the high court. He retired from the high court in 1999.

He leaves behind his wife Shantha, sister of former congress leader Kaviyad Divakara Panicker, children Anima and Avinash Praveen and son-in-law Jayadevan. phone 9895011555
