THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Private bus operators have postponed the bus strike that was earlier scheduled for the 30th of this month. The above decision was taken after discussions between the leaders and Transport Minister A K Saseendran. This was informed by Private Bus Operators Confederation Chairman Lawrence Babu.
The minister assured the bus operators that procedures would be initiated for issuing bus permits. He told them that a rollback of road taxes will also be discussed. Other issues will be discussed in the presence of the chief minister.
