I was under pressure during Sahara case trial: Justice Radhakrishnan

NEW DELHI: Former Supreme Court judge Justic K Radhakrishan has revealed that there was tremendous pressure on him during the trial of Sahara case in which its chief Subrata Roy was allegedly involved in investment fraud case.  

He was speaking at the send off function organised by Delhi Malayali advocates.

The division bench that conducted the case comprised Justice Radhkrishnan and J H Kehar.

“The pressure I underwent before and after considering the case is beyond description. The anxious moments I had also showed in the face of my family members,” he said adding that he was not willing to reveal more details as the case sub judice.
