SC rejects plea seeking quashing of Paravur sex case

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court Friday rejected the plea seeking quashing of the Paravur sex case. V T Madhu, seventh accused in the case, filed the plea. However, the apex court asserted the case cannot be quashed as the victim is a minor.
