KOVALAM: A 48-year-old-man was arrested for sexually assaulting a two-year-old girl. A team led by Vizhinjam circle inspector Jophy arrested the accused identified as Vikraman of Kovalam.
Vikraman’s friend’s wife and child were staying with the former after he was arrested in a drug case. The incident happened on February 28 when the friend’s wife went for work.
