THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: In a State-wide raid conducted to seize pirated CDs, police have arrested three persons. Aattingal Thanima CD shop owner Harish, Azees K M and Yamaha Music shop owner Meeran are the persons arrested.
The accused had the possession of CDs of recently released Malayalam movies such as Vellimoonga, Picket 43, Bangalore Days, Cousins and Eobinte Pusthakam. The raid was conducted by a team led by Anti-piracy cell Superintendent B Varghese. Detective Inspector T K Prithiviraj, ASI Thulaseedharan Nair, Vishnu Prasad, Manikantan, Asim, local police and CPOs Shaan and Sharby were part of the team.
