Wednesday, July 06, 2011: The Inter Church Council has today informed that they won’t give 50 % medical PG seats to the government this year and to go ahead with conducting own admission to 100% seats. The council said that they have received legal advice on the same.
They also informed that 90% of their PG seats have been filled and the classes will begin from August 1st onwards.
Chief Minister Oommen Chandy on Tuesday stated that the government won’t accept the stand of the council and the government is not ready for any compromise on 50 % seats this year.
