Presenting an interim Budget that revises the one presented by his predecessor TM Thomas Isaac here, KM Mani alleged that the LDF government failed to follow financial discipline and dragged the state into heavy debt.
Stating that Kerala’s internal debt touched Rs 88,887 crores in 2010-11, Mani said the LDF government did not listen to recommendations made by the Planning Commission.
