Protesting the alleged neglect shown towards Alappuzha in the budget, the Left Democratic Front(LDF) has decided to observe a hartal in Alappuzha district on Tuesday.The hartal will be observed from 6 am to 1 pm. BJP too have decided to observe hartal on the same day.
