THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The LDF will not cooperate with the Vizhinjam harbour project, opposition leader V S Achuthanandan told Gautam Adani, chairman of Adani Ports Company, who reached the capital city to ink the agreement.
The opposition is not against the project, but will not cooperate with it, he told reporters later. Meantime, Gautam Adani said that it was a formal meeting.

It was T G Nandakumar alias Dallal Kumar who received Gautam Adani at the Cantonment House. Nandakumar was present when the two held talks. VS told reporters that Adani invited Nandakumar. Nandakumar later told reporters that he attended the meet as a friend of Adani. Nandakumar was not willing to divulge more about it.
