NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court harshly criticised the green tribunal on the order against the Vizhinjam project. The court asked whether the tribunal has the right to intervene in all issues. One cannot say that they have the right equal to the high court. The tribunal has only a legal power, the court said.
The court directed the state government to inform the details of the project. They have also been directed to file an affidavit making clear the assets transferred.
