Jobs should be given to kin of dead, says Chennithala

KANNUR: KPCC chief Ramesh Chennithala said that he would recommend  the government to offer  jobs to the kin of those dead in the tanker explosion at Chala. Talking to reporters after visiting the accident site, he said that he would also try to obtain compensation from the prime minister’s relief fund.

Financial aid should be given to re-construct damaged houses.

Meantime, Minister of State for Power K C Venugopal said a decision regarding a probe by the petroleum ministry will be announced tomorrow
