THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: T N Prathapan MLA Saturday sent a letter to Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala seeking a detailed investigation on the corruption in the consumderfed.
Prathapan said as there is inter-state connection, the case should be investigated by the CBI. Constant allegations have been voiced on the consumerfed. A CBI probe is sought as a vigilance probe will not nab the real accused.
The government had the other day suspended the governing body of consumerfed on charges.
