Heard VS Achuthanandan saying it was a 'Kottayam budget'. What right has he or the perevious LDF led govt got to make such a comment? Kottayam being one of the most prominent places in Kerala was the most neglected place during their governance. They even tried sacking what Kottayam already had. Kottayam deserves these and much more developmental initiatives.
