Chandrabose murder case: Nisham moves SC for bail

NEW DELHI: Thrissur Chandrabose murder case accused and businessman Muhammed Nisham has moved the Supreme Court for bail.  

Kerala High Court had earlier rejected the bail plea of Nisham. Senior advocate Harish Salve will be appearing for Nisham and the bail plea will be considered tomorrow (Friday).

Meanwhile, the State government has said that it will oppose the bail plea. Former Union Minister Kapil Sibal will be appearing for the government, which will also inform the court that the trial of the case would be completed on November 17. 

The crime happened on January 29, the day on which Nisham rammed his posh car into Chandrabose, the security staff of Shoba City Flat complex, where he was residing.

The incident eventually led to the death of Chandrabose.
