NEYYATINKARA: A BJP activist was hacked at Marayamuttam in Neyyatinkara. He has been identified as Deepu (38) of Kulathamal. Deepu, who sustained serious injuries on his head, ear and back, has been admitted at the medical college hospital in a serious condition. He will be subjected for an emergency operation today.
He was hacked inside the BJP election committee office at Parakottukkonam at 9 pm last night. He was hacked by a three-member team after barging into the booth office. He was first taken to Neyyatinkara taluk hospital and later to the medical college hospital.
