THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: PC George MLA has said that he would resign as MLA before the next Assembly session. He also told the media on Tuesday that he felt that the Left front was going in the right direction.
He said he would not take part in the next session of the 13th Assembly. “My wish is to resign as early as possible. After the resignation, I shall helm the affairs of Kerala Congress (Secular). I now understand that the Left is right,” he said.
George has come to the scene again as the Speaker is gathering evidence to disqualify him as per anti-defection law.
