ALAPPUZHA: The court’s order for a further probe in the bar scam case is a legal action, said Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala. Talking to the media, he said nobody should be seen guilty in the name of further probe.
He said court ordering further probe in cases is not a new thing. The court has not registered any dissatisfaction or lapses in the investigation. When asked should Mani resign in the context of the court order, he said it depends on an individual’s morality.
Winson M Paul is hundred percent efficient. The court has not found any fault or expressed dissatisfaction in the investigation of the case. Paul need not enter on leave and his present decision is final, he said.
