Govt trying to subvert Chandrabose murder case: Kodiyeri

ALAPPUZHA: The government is trying to subvert the murder case of Chandrabose, a security guard of Sobha City in the district, alleged CPM state secretary Kodiyeri Balakirshnan. Talking to the media, he said one of the main witnesses turning hostile is a lapse on the side of the prosecution.

The government is opposing further probe in Swamy Saswathikananda’s death case. The government is not taking a favorable stand for a further probe in the court. The statement of the Kerala High Court in the case is quite serious. The home minister had stated that if there are any new revelations or evidences, further probe can be conducted. However, the government is taking another stand in the court, blamed Kodiyeri.

Saswathikananda died during the tenure of the then chief minister A K Antony. The revelations not made then were revealed now, he said. In this situation, a probe should be conducted on it, he said.
