Court has crossed limit, suggestions will be given again, says Sudheeran

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The statement of the Kerala High Court claiming as illegal the circular released by KPCC, has crossed the limit, said V M Sudheeran. I strongly oppose the court’s statement. Addressing the media, he said as a party chief, directions will be issued to the party members again.

The congress always respects court. If the court had understood things in this issue, such statement would not have been made. Neither the KPCC nor the party chief is a defendant in this case. A chance was not given to opine things before making the statement. The statement is unjustifiable and denial of natural justice, he said.

Political parties have a main role in parliamentary system. The circular was not issued to local self-governing bodies but to parliamentary leaders who have won the elections. The party has all right to give directions to them.
