THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The picture of the accused who hurled bomb at the BJP office in the capital city last night has been exposed. His picture was visible in the CCTV installed in the house next to the office. The clipping shows a person in a bike hurling bomb towards the office. Following that, forensic expert’s reached the office and examined the clippings. The police have collected the remains of the explosives used for the blast.
A crude bomb was hurled at the BJP office in Kunnukuzhy around midnight. Glass panes of the main entrance door were damaged in the incident. No casualty has been reported. As the office at Mararji Bhavan in Thampanoor is being renovated, the office was shifted to Kunnukuzhy just before the assembly polls. There were three to four BJP workers on the top floor of the office when the crude bomb was hurled.
