KPCC recommends provision of cylinders irrespective of categories

KANNUR: KPCC chief Ramesh Chennithala Wednesday said that the KPCC has recommended to Chief Minister Oommen Chandy to provide cylinders to the subscribers, without looking APL/BPL category. Talking to newsmen on the sidelines of a function at DCC office here, Chennithala said most of the houses in urban and rural areas were using LPG cylinders. So a huge amount of liabilities would be suffered by the government, however, it was not a problem to the UDF government, and this matter was telephoned to Chief minister today, Chennithala added.
