Thursday, May 19, 2011: The Thrissur Fast Track Court on Thursday rejected the plea filed by Govindaswamy, seeking cancellation of chargesheet against him in connection with Soumya murder case in Thrissur.

The Court had on Wednesday extended the remand period of Govindaswamy for fourteen days.

Govinda Swami, the accused entered the women’s compartment of the train, in which the victim, Soumya was traveling alone from the Vallathol Nagar railway station. The Police said that Govinda Swami tried to nab the woman’s bag. The woman resisted the attack and ran to the end of the compartment to escape him.

Govinda Swami pushed her out of the train and she fell down with her head banging on the rock. He also jumped out of the train, along with her and raped the severely injured woman.

Govinda Swami has been charged under IPC sections 307 (attempt to murder) and 326 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt by dangerous weapons or means). Soumya had died at a private hospital in Thrissur on Feb 6th.

The pigfucker who killed soumya must be axed inch by inch. Don't give him a quick death. Kill him slowly, and s l o w l y.
