May 19, 2011: The National Film awards 2010 will be announced today. Seven Malayalam films, Pranchiyettan, Makara Manju, Gaddama, Veetilekkulla Vazhi, Athmakatha, Janaki and Adaminte Makan Abu have been nominated for the National Film Awards, 2010.
However, TD Dasan Standard VI B, Electra and Yugapurushan, did not figure in the list of nominations. The national film awards jury reportedly has no film personalities from Kerala this time.
