Neyyattinkara by- poll: Selvaraj kicks off campaign

 Monday, March 26, 2012: Estranged former CPM MLA R Selvaraj has confirmed that he would contest in Neyyattinkara bypoll, with UDF support.
Kicking off his campaign, Selvaraj has strongly voiced his views against CPM leaders at various family meetings, convened for the purpose.
With strong backing from UDF, Selvaraj said he was fully confident of winning the crucial bypoll. He also added that Chief Minister Oommen Chandy’s good governance would make things easier for him.
He had earlier stated that he would accept support to his newly formed party Janakiya Vikasana Munnani from all quarters, during the Neyyattinkara bypoll.
