Selvaraj likely to contest in Neyyattinkara by-poll
Monday, March 26, 2012: According to reliable sources, R Selvaraj, former CPI (M) MLA who resigned from the State Assembly is likely to contest in the upcoming Neyyatinkara by-election.
He said that he could not deny the possibility of getting support for his candidature from the ruling Congress-led United Democratic Front (UDF) .
‘Certain groups in the Congress party were also extending their support for my candidature in the up-coming by-poll. Now, I am trying to strengthen the Janakeeya Vikasana Munnani with the help of like-minded people’, he said.
